TRIPLE CROSSING BRINGS COLOGNE TO RVA FOR THE 5TH ANNUAL KOLSCHFEST

RICHMOND, VA – On Saturday, July 26, Triple Crossing Beer will host its 5th Annual Kölschfest at the Fulton location, transforming the outdoor space into a full-fledged Cologne-style beer experience from 12PM to 5PM. What began as a tribute to Kölsch has grown into one of the brewery’s most anticipated and tradition-driven events of the year. 

At Kölschfest, it's not just about what’s in the glass, but it's about how it gets there. Guests can expect classic Kranz service and Stange glass pours, delivered with purpose and without interruption. 

Poured with Purpose
As always, the Triple Crossing team will be using gravity cask faucets specially sourced to pour the beer with the reverence it deserves, a level of flow control that honors Cologne tradition and took no small effort to secure. 

“These faucets are more than tools, they’re tradition,” said Jeremy, Co-Founder of Triple Crossing. “We went through a ridiculous amount of effort to get them here, because the way Kölsch is poured matters. It’s not just beer. It’s history, and we want to honor that.” 

Kölsch service will take place outdoors, with our main taproom offering food options throughout the day. For the first time, Kölschfest will also feature Live Music, with a performance by The Sauerkrauts from 1–4PM, bringing the vibe that matches the rhythm and ritual of the pours.  

New this year: Flowers by MJ will be on-site offering flower crowns and build-your-own bouquet stations.

Early bird tickets are available now for $10 and include a custom festival coaster and 4 x 200ml pours of Kölsch. Day-of tickets will be available for $12, while supplies last.
