The 1000ml Stare

It’s quite the thing to see it make its way toward you through such festive environs.  If it’s been awhile since your last go, it might even force the internal rhetorical question “did I really order that?”… yeah, yes you did, and for good reason.  

We haven’t until now, ever offered Liter pours. We feel, and maybe just want to believe, that both tradition and the beer in the glass come together in such a way that makes taking down a full liter the glorious experience it is, and not a chore.  Our fall inspired Festbier was purpose built for drinkability out of any glass, but maybe this one especially.  

Harkening back as far you’d like to think, liter pours were and are a symbol of communal enjoyment, and of efficiency for those busy beer gardens of then and now.  Tough to argue with a format that quickly does away with waiting. 

To that end, we welcome you, and liter pours of Festbier to our Oktoberfest in hopes of continuing the tradition, and communal nature that we believe beer still provides.
