Precursor

Precursor returns as our delicately built, dry hopped pale lager at 5.5%.  Dry hopped with a serious amount of Saphir, this one is about celebrating an important newer school noble hop varietal with one of our preferred pale lager grists, and our favorite German lager strain.

Our intention with this beer was to explore the interaction that occurs between a singular varietal when active lager yeast find themselves in the presence of readily available hop oil.

To that end, we notice impressions of hop derived lemon peel, spring water, pils malt biscuit, fresh cut grass, basil, and that classically clean, cold fermented cohesion at a drinkable 5.5% ABV.
