Hopped extensively with one of our all-time favorite and earliest hop combinations:  Simcoe and Mosaic.  The familial connection between these two varietals, while inherently interesting, seems to offer something more than the sum of the parts, especially in the context of our characterful yet cohesive house ale yeast.    

A classic offering from us, we find notes of ripe orange marmalade, grapefruit zest, lightly floral mango tones with that classic, complimentary fresh-cut danker pine finish.  $18.00 per 4pk 16oz cans, and available now for on-site pours at all locations.
