Our house Pilsner, Pathway features a grist of 100% Epiphany Modern Pilsner Malt from our friends down in North Carolina. This German inspired Pilsner is pulled together by our house lager strain, providing notes of lavender to accompany flavor characteristics of lemon, hay, and honey, for the ultimate dry and softer bodied yet firmly bitter Pilsner.

There is, and always will be, something special about a simple beer made from equally simple ingredients that will forever captivate us. If we had to choose a house lager, this one just might be it.
