Fledgling

The DWR’s work – Falcon cam, banding, and all their other conservation efforts on behalf of Virgina wildlife, including the Peregrine Falcon, is nothing short of astounding. Watching a group of passionate people deeply care about, and set to work on achieving a common goal felt a lot like what our team do for beer.

So, what we were to do, but a brew a 6% IPA based on our beloved Falcon inspired beer by way of a heavy-handed dose of Falconer’s Flight, and Citra.

We notice impressions of orange juice, lime zest, ruby red grapefruit, strawberry preserves, and a firmly bitter cleansing finish.
